Ditto Mario’s comment! It didn’t get that noisy but reading you I agree a little. I will do the sanding trick… thing is people complain the trailing edge is too sharp for safety…

W940 Surf

Have to say that I am most impressed with this wing. Having said that, it was horribly noisy on my first session so I sanded down the top rear trailing edge (at around the 30 degree suggested angle) and now it is whisper quite. The trailing edge is still blunt (not at all sharp like the w800 style wings). Riding it with the 421 stab, it feels stable (even at good speeds) and is smooth through the water. It holds a good carve and seems to glide really well and pumping feels easy. Am also surprised by its low stall speed given that the wing is only 1100cm^2. Definitely worth a try. No regrets here.
