Refund policy

A Refund can be offered should there be any problems with the quality of a product or the products received are damaged in transit. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange a mutually suitable arrangement before returning goods. Please ensure products are in unopened, original condition with labels and original packaging as they were received to enable refunds.

Foilsport will cover costs for return shipping if the item received was incorrect, defective or damaged in transit.

Return postage costs on items ordered incorrectly or for change of mind is the responsibility of the customer. Customers may also return products to Foilsport in person (proof of purchase required).

Refunds may take up to 4 weeks from the date of receiving returned goods, please feel free to contact Foilsport direct on 0405 687 303 during business hours or via email regarding any refund updates. All customers will be notified via email when returns are processed.
