Excellent and prompt service and delivery. Have used product a couple of times. Charged pretty quickly using USBC and worked fine off battery. Used with 12v from car to fill 2 10' SUPs on 35 degree day. Unit worked perfectly, didn't heat up and was done in about 10 minutes. Connecting hose to SUP got hot but no issues. Definitely beats the hand pump!
